What Is the Bahamas Tourist Visa?
The tourist visa to enter the Bahamas is an electronic visa that you apply for online. This visa authorizes a traveler to enter the country. The Bahamas embassy or consulate issues it on behalf of the Bahamian government.
This travel document can be issued as a single-entry or multiple-entry visa depending on your travel needs. Travelers must present their Bahamian visa at the border or airport on arrival.
Please note the Bahamas visa is not the Bahamas travel health visa.
How long is the Bahamas tourist visa valid for?
A Multiple entry is only valid for 90 days after arrival, while a multiple-entry visa can be obtained for 90 days, six months, or twelve months. The length of time depends on the length of your intended stay.
To apply for a multiple-entry visa, you must have obtained at least three approved single-entry visas for the Bahamas in the past.
Do Nigerian Citizens Need a Tourist Visa to Enter the Bahamas?

COVID-19 Requirements or Restrictions
The Bahamas Ministry of Foreign Affairs relaxed COVID-19 protocols after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) gave the Island a Level 1 ranking on the COVID-19 Travel Risk Advisory Rating scale.
Thus, travelers to the Bahamas no longer need to apply for a Bahamas Travel Health Visa nor produce a COVID-19 vaccination certificate to enter the country. However, you may still need to show proof of other vaccinations, such as yellow fever.
Do I need a COVID-19 test?
From September 2022, the Bahamas also dropped all COVID-19 testing requirements regardless of your COVID-19 vaccination status.
