As a US citizen, you don't need a visa for stays up to 30 days in Belize. However, you'll need to present:​

  • A passport valid for the duration of your stay.​

  • A return or onward ticket.​

  • Proof of sufficient funds to cover your stay.

Also, all foreign visitors must complete the Belize Travel Declaration before arrival. This digital form collects essential immigration and customs information. Upon completion, you'll receive a QR code via email, which you'll need to present upon arrival.
