Yes, Egyptian citizens must get a China Tourist Visa to enter the country for tourism purposes.

The China Tourist Visa (L Visa) can be issued for single-entry, double-entry, or multiple-entry, depending on your travel needs. This visa doesn’t permit visiting Hong Kong and Tibet . You’ll need separate travel authorizations for these destinations.

How to apply for a China Tourist Visa from Egypt

Here's a simple guide on how to apply for China Tourist Visa from Egypt:

1. Go to the website for the China Visa Application Service Center (CVASC) in Cairo or Alexandria to complete the visa application form online and book a visa appointment.

2. Visit the CVASC and submit your printed and signed application form along with the required documents, which can be found on the CVASC website.

3. Wait for your application to be processed.

4. Return to the CVASC to get your passport. You must pay the visa fee once your application is processed and approved.
