Are you planning a trip from Pakistan to Ireland? Here's everything you need to know about applying for an Ireland tourist visa.
Do Pakistani citizens need an Ireland tourist visa?
Yes, Pakistani citizens need a visa to visit Ireland. The Ireland Short-Stay (C) Visit Visa, commonly known as the Ireland tourist visa, allows Pakistanis to stay in the Republic of Ireland for up to 90 days. This visa covers tourism, visiting family or friends, attending short-term educational courses, seeking medical treatment, or getting married. However, working (paid or voluntary) and accessing publicly funded services are prohibited.
If your trip to Ireland is for work, study, or family reunification, you must apply for a different type of visa through the Irish Immigration Service Delivery (ISD) website.
"I found the process straightforward, as long as you have all your documents ready. It helps to prepare your supporting documents in advance to avoid delays." — Asim from Karachi.
