Getting an Irish visa can seem tough, but it’s easier when you know what to do. We’re here to help you understand the process of applying for an Ireland Tourist Visa.
Let’s walk through the essential steps to apply for your visa to Ireland. Soon, you’ll be wandering through Cork’s historic streets, soaking up the creative atmosphere in Galway, or hiking in the lush Wicklow Mountains.
Do Pakistani citizens need an Ireland Tourist Visa?
Yes, Pakistani citizens who want to travel to Ireland must get a visa before entering the country. The Ireland Short-Stay (C) Visit Visa, also known as the Ireland Tourist Visa, allows Pakistanis to visit the Republic of Ireland for no longer than 90 days.
With an Ireland Tourist Visa, you can travel to the country as a tourist, visit family and friends, enroll in short-term educational courses, seek medical treatment, or get married. However, you’re not allowed to do any work, whether it’s paid or voluntary, and you won’t have access to publicly funded services, like a public hospital.
If the purpose of your travel is to study, work, join family, or live in Ireland, you must apply for a different kind of travel permit. Please visit the Irish Immigration Service Delivery website to learn about the various types of Irish visas.
