Who needs to apply for the Israel ETA?
Travelers from visa-exempt countries must apply for the ETA-IL before boarding a flight to Israel. This includes citizens of:
Europe: All EU countries + UK, Norway, Switzerland, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Serbia, etc. Americas: United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, etc. Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Philippines, Hong Kong, UAE, etc. Africa: South Africa, Botswana, Mauritius, Eswatini, etc. Oceania: Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Micronesia, etc.
A total of over 100 countries are eligible. Citizens from non-eligible countries must apply for a traditional visa via an Israeli embassy.
