Do Ukrainian citizens need a Japanese visa?
The Japan Tourist Visa, also known as the Temporary Visitor Visa, is necessary for Ukrainians planning to visit Japan. This visa allows for tourism, visiting friends or family, or other short-term non-business activities in the country.
Depending on your specific circumstances, you can get a single-entry visa valid for 3 months with a maximum stay of 15 or 30 days, or a multiple-entry visa valid for 1 or 5 years with each visit not exceeding 90 days.
It’s important to note that you can only apply for a Japan Tourist Visa in your home country or in a country where you’re legally residing. If you’re visiting another country and try to apply from there, you will likely get rejected.
