Since July 25th, 2022 the Malta Travel Declaration is optional for travelers, not mandatory.
NOTE: Travelers coming from China must present a pre-departure PCR test taken within 72 hours or an antigen test taken within 48 hours of arrival. Passengers under 12 are exempt from testing requirements.

What is the Malta Travel Declaration Form?
The Malta Travel Declaration, also known as the Digital Passenger Locator Form, was created by the Malta Public Health department to allow passengers traveling to Malta to enter without any problems.
