Questions?
My application couldn’t be completed due to an error. What now?
If you need any help with your travel document application, please contact our customer service team. We're available 24/7 to help you resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
We recommend you contact our experts as soon as possible. This way, you can continue with the process as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy your trip on time.
What can I do if my Martinique Attestation Form has been canceled or rejected?
Suppose that for some reason the Government of Martinique rejects or cancels the processing of your Martinique Attestation Form. In that case, you will be entitled to a full refund of the iVisa processing fee in relation to the number of rejected applicants.
On the other hand, if you have requested any of our guided entry services, government fees are nonrefundable.
To request a refund, you must send an email to help@iVisa using the registered account's email address. Within this email, you must include the order number and the reason why you are requesting a refund.
After obtaining the refund, if you still wish to travel to the destination in question, you can consider reapplying for the Martinique Attestation Form.
I made a mistake in one of my answers. Can I modify it?
If your application still needs to be processed in our system, our iVisa experts can make any changes without any problem. But in order for this not to be necessary, we are constantly checking that there are no errors in your information.
However, two situations can happen if the application has already been sent to the corresponding government agency. Some entities allow changes to be made, while others do not. Much of it will depend on the flexibility of the country with its processing rules.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us immediately, preferably via chat.
