If you’re interested in exploring the mesmerizing land of the Kingdom of Morocco as a Canadian passport holder, then you’re probably wondering whether you need a Morocco visa and the visa requirements.
Do Canadians require a visa for Morocco?
Canadian citizens don’t need to apply for a Morocco tourist visa before their trip if their stay isn’t longer than 90 days.
If you’re planning a short trip to study or for business, you’re also not required to fill out a Morocco visa application beforehand.
But, if you’re planning to stay longer than 90 days, or if you’re looking to extend your stay when you’re already within the Moroccan border, then you will need to get a Morocco visa.
To obtain the right visa for your trip, reach out to the nearest Morocco embassy. If you’re already in Morocco, visit the Service to Foreigners Section at the local police station with your original passport. This should be done at least 15 days before you reach the 90 days limit.
