1. Have a residence or stay permit from the EU, USA, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, Norway, New Zealand, or Switzerland that is valid for at least 180 days from the eVisa application date.

2. Hold a valid, multiple-entry sticker visa to the US, UK, Schengen Zone, Australia, Canada, Ireland, Japan, or New Zealand that is valid for at least 90 days from the eVisa application date.
