Singapore eVisa for Ukrainian citizens: How to apply
If you're planning to visit Singapore from Ukraine, you'll need a visa. Although the application process might appear complicated, we're here to help you with all the information you need to apply easily.
We'll walk you through the visa application process and help you prepare for your trip to Singapore.
Do Ukrainian citizens need a visa to travel to Singapore?
Yes, Ukrainian citizens require a visa to enter Singapore.
The Singapore eVisa is valid for 63 days after it’s issued and allows multiple entries, as long as each stay does not exceed 30 days per visit.
While Ukrainians can apply for a Singapore Visa online, they can’t do it on their own. The application must be made on the applicant's behalf by a local contact or strategic partner in Singapore or through an authorized visa agent in Singapore.
Documents required for a Singapore eVisa
The main documents you’ll need include:
-
A completed Form 14A signed by the applicant.
-
A photocopy of the biodata page of your passport, which must be valid for at least six months beyond your entry date.
-
A passport-sized photo taken within the last three months.
Depending on your individual circumstances, additional supporting documents, like Form V39A, which is a Letter of Introduction for a Visa Application, may be required.
iVisa pro tip: Poor-quality images can delay your application. Ensure that your passport and photo scans are clear and high-resolution to meet eVisa standards.

Contact the Singapore Embassy in Ukraine for a list of required documents depending on your travel needs and the authorized Singapore visa agents in Ukraine.
-
Download Form 14A. Fill it out and sign it.
-
Send your documents to an authorized visa agent or your Singaporean contact and pay the fees. They will then submit an online visa application on your behalf.

Do I need a Singapore Arrival Card?
The Singapore (SG) Arrival Card is the digital version of the disembarkation/embarkation (DE) card (commonly known as the white card) that visitors are required to fill out when they arrive in Singapore. All foreign visitors must complete this electronic form for immigration clearance.
The SG Arrival Card is not the same as the Singapore eVisa. Without a valid Singapore visa, you cannot enter the region, even if you hold an SG arrival card.
