What is the American Samoa TalofaPass system?

The American Samoa Talofa Pass is an online system that allows travelers to visit the island during the COVID-19 pandemic. It acts as a monitoring tool for the American Samoa government task force, to keep a record of the health status and contact details of incoming visitors.

Who must register on the TalofaPass system to visit American Samoa?

The American Samoa Talofa Pass must be submitted by each traveler who wishes to visit the country, regardless of whether they are traveling by air or by sea. This includes American Samoa residents.

All incoming travelers to American Samoa are required to register on TALOFAPASS 10 days prior to departure. Travelers from Samoa are required to register on TALOFAPASS 5 days prior to departure.
