Summary
  • Trinidad & Tobago citizens are required to complete the Antigua and Barbuda Entry Form before traveling, regardless of whether they fly or sail in. No visa is required.

  • Submit the form 24–72 hours before travel, either on the official government portal or via iVisa for early application, support, and peace of mind.

  • Failure to present a completed form could result in denied entry, so apply in advance and make sure your passport has at least 6 months of validity.

From carnival breaks to laid-back beach escapes, if you're traveling from Trinidad & Tobago to Antigua and Barbuda, there's one thing you can’t forget: the Antigua and Barbuda Entry Form.

Do Trinidadians and Tobagonians need the Antigua and Barbuda Entry Form?

Yes. Although citizens of Trinidad & Tobago can visit Antigua and Barbuda without a visa, the Entry Form is a mandatory requirement for all travelers entering the country.

This is part of Antigua and Barbuda’s upgraded digital border process and helps streamline arrivals at the airport and seaport.

💡 Kieran Roberts, regional airline staff member, says:

“It’s not a visa, it’s more like a heads-up to immigration that you’re coming. Super quick to fill out, but don’t forget it.”

Is the form needed even for day trips or cruise stopovers?

Yes. Every traveler must submit the form before arriving, no matter the duration or mode of transport:

  • Flights from Piarco or ANR Robinson
  • Cruise stopovers
  • Private charters

🚫 Even day trips or short visits require it, no exceptions.

When should I complete the Antigua and Barbuda Entry Form?

The government requires submission within 72 hours of arrival. However, applying earlier (at least a few days before departure) gives you extra flexibility in case of technical issues or last-minute travel changes.

With iVisa you can apply even earlier than that. We make sure your form is reviewed and submitted as soon as the application window opens, so you're not scrambling at the last minute.

How can citizens of Trinidad & Tobago apply for the Antigua and Barbuda Entry Form?

You have two options:

  • Apply for free through the official government portal

  • Or apply through iVisa or our mobile app to get guided help, early filing, and expert error checks

Here’s what you’ll need:

Document Why it's needed
Valid passport (6+ months preferred) Required for identification and entry

Accommodation details Helps verify your travel plans
Travel insurance (optional) Strongly recommended for peace of mind 🏥

💡 Melissa Grant, T&T travel agent, recommends:

“Insurance isn’t mandatory, but it’s smart. Even minor medical visits abroad can burn a hole in your pocket!”

The Antigua and Barbuda Entry Form is free if submitted via the government’s official site.

Using iVisa comes with a service fee, which includes:
