India e-Tourist Visa options
There are two India Tourist Visas available for individuals planning on visiting India for up to 3 months:

1-year multiple-entry Visa: This eVisa allows for stays of up to 180 days per entry over a 1-year validity period.

5-year multiple-entry Visa: This eVisa allows for stays of up to 180 days per entry over a 5-year validity period.

Applications for these eVisas can be submitted as early as 120 days before the intended travel date, with a minimum application submission time of 4 days in advance.
Also note: This doesn't cover foreign nationals traveling for business purposes (you'll need an e-business visa), work (you'll need a work e Visa), or medical treatment (you'll need an e-medical visa or an e-medical attendant visa).
