Do I need to pay tourist tax in Bali?
Yes. If Bali is on your itinerary, you’ll need to pay a tourist levy of IDR 150,000 (about CHF 8.50). This is a regional tax that applies only to visitors entering or staying in Bali.
You can pay online before your trip on the Love Bali website. While checkpoints aren’t everywhere, you may be asked to show proof of payment at Bali’s airport or at certain tourist sites.
