Currently, the only travelers who won’t need a visa or visa waiver to visit Saudi Arabia are those from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), which includes Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Children from the United Kingdom also need the EVW to enter the country and can’t travel alone. A parent or guardian must accompany them at all times.

My Wife currently has a Multiple Entries tourist visa, initially when we request this visa we request advise of Peruvian KSA embassy and they said that this visa allows her multiples entries during the year of validity with no more than 90 days of stay, but here in ksa now migration services say that she con only stay here 90 days during the entire year. I have business visa and I have to travel outside of ksa each 90 days. How can I get a solution for her visa, there is another kind of visa to extend her stay in ksa at least to 180 days? Please your advise

This could explain why immigration authorities in KSA are saying she can't exceed 90 days total.
One possibility would be to sponsor your wife and apply for a family visit visa, which allows stays of up to 90 days and can be extended under certain conditions, but that depends on the exact type of visa you currently have and any additional time would be at the discretion of Saudi Arabian officals.

Therefore, if you leave Saudi Arabia, you'll need to apply for a new visa waiver to re-enter.
