I’m heading to Delhi from Amsterdam on a tourist visa, but I've just been invited to attend a conference while I'm there. Can I change my current Tourist eVisa to a Business eVisa, or should I start a new application?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your current Tourist eVisa to a Business eVisa. The eVisa once issued is non-extendable, non-convertible, and not valid for visiting Protected/Restricted and Cantonment Areas. Therefore, if you've been invited to attend a conference while in Delhi, you should apply for a new Business eVisa.
